Family First, Family Last, There Is No Inbetween

Gibbs isn't sure what possessed him or when it did, especially after Shanon and Kelley, but for some reason, he adopted a little boy without a father. Then a girl who's parents where dead. Then another girl who's family didn't want her any more. And he just kept adopting. His sister thinks it's because of Shanon and Kelley, they're telling him to move on. His brother says it's because Gibbs knows what it's like to lose family.

What ever the reason, Gibbs now has a house full of kids and his family just seems to keep growing.
