Nicole left town to follow her dreams, always knowing the boy she might love, her best friend, was absolutely crazy about her.  Too scared to deal with her feelings she pores herself into work and never looks back, until a family emergency forces her to return.

         Eric loves Nicole more than anything but has to let her go. Thinking she doesn't want him she tries to move on while she is gone but can't.
