As a small child, Irene saw the birds and wanted to join them in the sky. She wanted to be a pilot, and fly planes, feeling the adrenaline of being in the sky. But throughout her life she struggles to follow her dream, and balance other things in the mix. 

This is a story i wrote for my english class, so please judge if cheesy and predctible.All Rights Reserved

Through this process, Simone met the men she would be stationed with, being those of the 100th Bomb Group. They all seemed okay in Simone's opinion- except for one, that is. John D. Brady, the bane of her existence- he was insufferable, always cranky, and for some reason hated her before she could even have a real conversation with him.
