As she remembers all those years of torment, pain, feeling loved, feeling safe... but then not  feeling safe and how no one seemed to notice the changes in her until now she starts to feel so many different emotions and then he comes in her life and he holds her and helps her through so much of it but she keeps wishing that she would have met him sooner, then maybe things might have been different or less painful.....
