Tempestuous

Annabel de Beauvoir has known nothing but luxury and privilege her entire life, but at the price of an uncaring father, dead mother, and absentee brother. However, when she meets Pierre, a dashingly handsome peasant laborer, Anna finds herself spending more and more time in his neck of the woods. Their time together, however, is at risk of being cut short when they find themselves entwined with the newly spewing French Revolution. Intentions are questioned and love is put to the test as Anna finds herself torn between her aristocratic family, peasant love, and need to survive an uprising that is a danger to her life. To add to her problems, a gorgeous young aristocrat has become more keen on Anna than she would like. Anna can't let him find out about her and Pierre.
