One of the favourite lessons reading books has taught me is that you're never alone, not alteast in thoughts and words. There are others who think like you, feel like you and react like you. It's like that sometimes, our unspoken thoughts are the bridges that connect us, even though we might be miles apart. And so, I've written them down in the hope that there are many out there in this world who would be willing to walk these bridges leading to me-the real, raw and unhidden self I am- my heart and mind and soul. And I really want to walk over to your side and feel what you are like. You are the one to decide whether you want to build 'em or not... ----------------- Cover by me! Perfect Storm
___________________________ "You were mine the second you put your signature on that contract." He looked at me with pure lust and dominance in his eyes. "F*ck you." He smirks and moves closer to me, coming to my side of the booth and caging me against the window. "I'll give you what you want if you do." "And what do I want?" I question, holding eye contact. "My head between your legs." ❀❀❀ "Dating or not... you're still mine." Astoria always thought that the world was set up a certain way. That way being two levels of living. There were the rich people, and then there were the people who could barely afford a pack of ramen noodles. Obviously she was the ladder. She always hated the rich people she would see around the city. They had more money than they needed and didn't think to help the lower people. She was always alone. Her mother died when giving birth to her and her father gave her to her grandmother who died of old age before she could turn 3. She was orphaned and in foster homes her whole life, being alone was all she knew. On top of that her job as an exotic dancer barley covered her bills and she was late 3 months in payment. What was left for her? She had nothing. Until one of the club Clients offers her a deal that may change her life... "I'm a devil Ira think before you say anything", he replied staring into her soul "I don't care if I fall in love with a devil, as long as that devil will love me the way he loves hell", she said maintaining the eye contact "Your angel eyes see the good in a devil 𝘮𝘪 𝘢𝘮𝘰𝘳", he strolled towards her with long steps "And the sweet little angel couldn't keep her eyes off the devil", she titled her head sideways when he grabbed her neck harshly yet carefully not to hurt her but "You are fucking impetuous and daring, a little too bold and way too fucking fearless. You are my sickening Temptation, in my veins like a pretty poison", he didn't even waited for her to reply shutting her off by smashing his lips on hers devouring her like a secret or a sin. He had this look in his eyes how he owns her how she belongs to him. But for her he can he can kill and get killed would burn down the world for her but not let a single flame touch her. My Only Mistake
"I brought you here because I wanted to ask you something really important." He said and I smirked, knowing what he was going to ask me. "What is it?" He sighed and ran his hand through his hair again. "After last night, which was amazing, it got me thinking. What exactly are we?" The question that has been running through my mind ever since last night too. He sighed and held my hands in his,"Maddison, I like you, a lot. And I mean a lot. You're the most prettiest woman I've ever seen in my life, seriously. Both inside and outside. I want you, and only you. Shit, I'm bad at these things but, can you be my girlfriend?" ------------------------------ Lets start like this, Connor comes from a troubled past that soon turns out to be fading away as he moves to Missouri. After 2 years of living there, a new boy in town offers to be his friend. Connor hasn't had friends for his whole life so he saw this as an opportunity to get a real friend. Soon, Connor tries a lot of different things he hasn't tried and comes out excellent in all of them, but he makes enemies on the way. Their friend group expands and now there is 4 bestfriends in the group, but Connor only has feelings for 1. Will he mess up? But what will happen when his past starts following him everywhere he goes? What will happen when old feelings arise with just a glance at a dinner table? He brushed my golden hair from my face, his long, slender fingers sparking electricity in my skin, making my knees wobble together. "Will you ever, forgive me?" he whispered huskily, his eyes intently staring into mine. His face was only mere inches from me. I just needed to reach out a little further to kiss him... "Yeah. Over my dead body." I snapped, before throwing my arms out forcefully, shoving my hands into his chest, pushing him from me. -*-*-*- He, is Carter Williams. I, am Lacey Adams. We were once, inseparable. The 'Golden Couple'. The unbreakable best friends, that everybody envied. Nothing could get between us. A part from being tighter than white on rice, we updated our status from friends to being in a relationship, frequently. We were neighbours, which meant our families were all close and even co-owned houses around our town. This, all is, until the day of my sixteenth birthday. Everything changed. The loving relationship we shared, was severed and torn apart. I couldn't hardly stand to look at him any more, without spitting fire that is. Every day is torture being around him. He was in all my classes at school and the window in my room was even directly aligned with his. So, what happens? My mother's mum gets sick, so dad and her fly out. Just them.
