Bryan Connors is a senior struggling to apply for colleges. However, when he receives a college magazine starring the University of McPapel, his struggles are forgotten. When his friend John Applebottom helps him to write an application, Bryan is more than excited once he is informed that he was accepted to the University.

However, the University of McPapel is MUCH different than what he had expected. He meets many new people and is introduced to many new ideas. With McDonald's every meal and barbie jeeps all over campus, this school proved to be more of a child's dream come true than a university.

How will Bryan be able to cope with the burgers, barbies, and all that McPapel throws at him?
