Kamryn Lyons has lived in the small town of Carrington her whole life with her mother and little sister Madyson. Everyone sees her as perfect, but she is far from that. Her father died when she was 9 and her sister was 5. Ever since that tragic day her mother has been drinking and beating her two daughters. That was just the typical day in Kamryn's life. The day she turns 18 she decides to pack up and leave with her sister. They don't have a destination as long as it is far away from their mother. Along the way they meet two other teen runaways: Kai and Raven. The brother and sister don't trust them right away but when things take a turn they decide to work with the two sisters to survive.
Follow Kamryn and Madyson's journey to survive the harsh world and experience challenges, romance, and loss along the way.

I'll be honest, I'm really bad at updating. I end up losing interest in the story and then working on something different. Then weeks or a month later I'm excited about writing it again and update a little part of the chapter or multiple chapters, depending on how motivated I am. I'm sorry if you have to wait for months at a time for a new chapter or bunch of chapters but keep in mind I can't really help it. I write when I'm in the mood to write or when I have an idea, I don't like giving people crap to read. Thank you for understanding in advance, although if you don't like it, you can just deal with it or leave.

He doesn't have friends and is kinda shy. He has a hatred in his heart towards the world and no one knows why. Caleb is 14. He is like Ella's brother. They sick up for each other and do fun things together. He loves his dad and doesn't see the wrong in most things. One day Caleb tells Ella that Bradley and him are going on a trip with their dad and that she should go. She said yes, of course. Little did she know, what started out the shooting lessons in the middle of the woods would turn into their worst nightmare. This book follows four teenagers from four different parts of the U.S. when their lives are dramatically changed one day. When zombies become real and more than just horror movies and scary books, they're forced to fight to stay alive. What they don't know is how similar their struggles are, along with their goal: get to the supposed safe haven alive. (The book is under editing right now, and I'll be changing the location of the safe haven from Columbus to Cincinnati. I didn't really think it through when I first wrote this but I think that Cincinnati would make a little more sense. Sorry for any confusion!) *************** BEING REWRITTEN I started writing this at 14, and it started out as something I made just for fun. The story was mostly imporvised, and I don't like how it's turned out. I've had a lot of new and hopefully more interesting ideas, and there's so much that I decided to rewrite the whole thing completely. It'll have the same style of writing with the different points of view, but separated between books instead of chapters, and I already have a storyline laid for the first 2 or 3.
