Kadar blinked back into reality and shook his head a little. "No wonder you're so stressed, you're working to hard."
Hales narrowed his eyes at him and turned the horse back to the trail and continued on. Kadar caught up a second later. Bear, his horse, nickered in frustration at the sudden burst of speed.
"It's not like you have ever been laid." Hales muttered just loud enough for Kadar to hear.
He let out a small chuckle and Hales looks sideways at him. A scowl on his face. "What are you laughing about?"
Kadar looked back at him with a grin. "I've taken Arica to bed."
Hales blinked with a surprised look. "I thought she was with Joss!"
Kadar shook his head and looks ahead at the path. "No, though I do believe he likes her."
Hales coughed a little. "Yea no shit! I'm sure if he finds out he is going to ask to have a spar for her!"
Kadar shrugged a bit. "No big deal. I'll win."
Hales shook his head and let out a sigh.
Kadar smiled. "Do you like Omega?"
Hales turned to him with his eyebrow lifted. "No, what makes you say I would?"
"You must love someone."
"But I don't." Hales snapped.
Kadar smirked looking away sharply. "If you say so,"
