When I found an eviction notice taped on my apartment door, I had two options: find a comfortable cardboard box to call home, or move in with Colby Brock. Seeing that cardboard makes me feel itchy, I chose the latter. Which shouldn't be that big of a deal since Colby is one of my good friends. And because he's still pining after his ex-girlfriend and I'm trying to finish my nursing degree, there is nothing to worry about in the romance department, making my last semester an easy one to conquer. Boy, was I wrong. Rules are set, dinners are made, conversations are had, and a shirtless, swoony roommate walks around in nothing but a pair of black briefs, ruining me for every other man. Before I know it, I turn into a panting, lust-filled woman begging for Colby to kiss me, touch me, and show me exactly what is hiding under those briefs. But with great company, comes great consequences. Colby might be my friend and roommate but he's also my best friend's ex-boyfriend, making him completely off-limits. Her Favorite Book(Rewrite)
This is a redone, more realistic, more detailed, more writing experienced version of "Her Favorite Book" I wrote that story in 2021, I'm pretty sure, and I was less experienced than I was compared to now. Looking back at the story, I realized I could have offended certain people with my depictions of the abuse in the Rosa household, as well as her relationship with Charlie, and how she seems to not care as much about him as an older sibling, especially a protective one, would act. All of these problems are going to be fixed and all the chapters will be edited. I would also like to make it clear, I might change a couple things in the book itself, like, for example, I'm changing Alex(Ryder's younger brother) into a little girl who only speaks Spanish, and her name is Allie. Also, Ryders household life before Stella(Why his mom works so much, why his dad isn't in his life, etc) will be written in more detail than before. If I offended anyone in the original version of this story, I deeply apologize. Now, to those certain people that like the original story, I won't be taking it down, as it was and still is a big growing opportunity for my writing career as of now.Complete
