Gerard Way has been silent for years. His family has forgotten what his voice sounds like, how he used to be. He stopped... Because of them. The bullies. He was caught singing in the woods, and they said he sounded like shit. After that, no more. Nothing. Frank Iero has been a loner for years, since fourth grade. His mom works a lot, being a lawyer. Frank has no friends, until a very attractive boy moves to his school. What will happen as the two start to get closer? Will it be like A prince and his prince(ss), or a tragedy?

Gerard way and Frank Iero have always passed each other in the hallway but never spoke a word to one another. They are both alike in many ways. Both loners who feel like they don't quite belong. Frank mostly spends his days depressed and alone. The occasional hurtful remarks from his fellow classmates and father wearing him down. Frank's family issues seem to swallow him hole which is mainly why he feels like throwing in the towel... permanently. Gerard lives to protect those he cares about. Though, he has a bit of an edgy attitude most people learn to respect. There's more to Gerard than what the outside shows. His brother Mikey and best friend Ray know glimpses of how he really feels, and how complications from the past really fuck with his behavior. But, their differences don't keep them apart considering these strangers are forced into each other's lives when Gerard finds Frank attempting to commit suicide. Frank Iero happens to be part of the unwanted. for all anybody knows, he's dead, but he isn't. he's hiding in the sewers, keeping himself alive. the unwanted are sent to a camp where they'll be executed. there are always those who escape but most are killed on sight. I like to think I have improved on writing since this time and I really don't like this. So many regrets... [Complete] Frank Iero has been suffering from the 'incident' ever since it happened. Frank is twenty eight: he's mentally stable for the most part, and well nobody has to know about pills he takes twice a day, do they? He's normal now, he's a person now, he's a fucking adult with an office job and he fucking hates it and that's fine, because he got out of the mental hospital three years ago, and these past three years of mundane nothingness have been the best three years of his life. Ten years ago, or so, Frank was in love with a boy called Gerard with fiery red hair and the personality of a switchblade knife, and ten years ago that boy called Gerard had killed himself. Frank still saw him though: hallucinations, as he knew them to be now, and it took him years in a hospital he never thought he'd get out of to convince himself of his newfound sanity, but he was okay now. Twenty eight year old Frank Iero had been officially 'okay' since he was twenty five. He hadn't seen Gerard again, and he didn't even think about the guy - he was just normal, and he was almost painfully content with being the secretary to someone with a five figure salary.
