this is literally the most depressing book you will ever read. its going to be full of little notes and snaps i say to myself when i want to hurt myself. and by that i mean what i tell myself to fall deeper down the rabbit hole of death. mabye some rants but those mostly go in my other book. read that its better. i wouldn't recommend this. and yes im fine... totally fine....All Rights Reserved
