Katsumi Dreyar is the youngest grand-daughter of the one and only Makarov Dreyar, the guild master of Fairy Tail, not to mention a lightning dragon slayer and the beloved sister of Laxus. She is loved by everyone in the guild, until she starts going away for long term missions, assigned only for the best S-ranked wizards, such as herself at the young age of 12. Every time she comes back, a new mission is in store, and she can't help but go along. When she returns, the guild master decides she needs a break and needs to spend time with family, as in the guild itself. She finally agrees, and meets up with her comrades for life.
