At a young age, Tori's life took a violent turn. After being taken in by the top secret organisation known as HYDRA, Tori becomes their living weapon. She has extraordinary abilities that continue to grow and is extremely skilled in all aspects of combat. However, when the Avengers decide to raid the base she is stationed in, Tori is out numbered and ends up being 'rescued' by the team.
SHIELD decide it's best to keep Tori locked away for 'protection' but she doesn't buy it. When a rather unexpected attack is placed upon New York City, Tori's fighting instincts click in and she breaks out to help the Avengers in the battle. The team and Director Nick Fury give Tori a chance to lead a new life away from HYDRA and in the safe arms of SHIELD. Tori accepts this offer and becomes a new agent. But what happens when she catches the eye of a certain speedster?
