The cool air blows her chestnut hair out of her worried face, and the moon illuminates it, highlighting all of her features in a pale blue. Her soft skin, her tiny nose, her small, yet plump lips; her deep, beautiful eyes that one could get lost in. Her. Everything about her. Everything felt so right yet so wrong, and I am still trying to figure out how. In that moment, I was glad she saved me. I was glad my life never ended, because it feels like it finally began with her. If I would've succeeded, is this what I would have missed out on? Was this a sign from God? Or, was this merely serendipity?
