Tokuyu University is a school for martial arts that was governed by the officials and the seven 20th-century ranks, exclusively for peculiars registered in the organization. These peculiars were classified based on their body, mind, sight, and hearing. The school was built for a specific purpose.
Being a peculiar (tokuyu) isn't easy; the pain and struggle are inherent in their name. They cannot refuse and must graduate to have a purpose and to serve the country.
One of them is Frezzilliana Hennie Vigo, who is unaware of her record. Entering a school without prior knowledge was already challenging, but that's not all; problems and challenges arise in succession.
It wasn't easy for her. Throughout her life, she only faced minor and ordinary consequences, but everything that happens in the university is as strange as it is, such as the mystery of "ERURENA," the flower for an unknown purpose.
Would she be able to solve everything if she happened to fall in love? Not just with a regular student but with a rank, particularly the 20th-century Saikō ranku (first rank).
It goes against the rules.
Now, a punishment looms over them.
"I broke my promise. I'm sorry, I just did it again." Along with the flow of tears from his cheeks, his silver eyes closed.
