(The current book cover is a placeholder, I'll likely be changing it soon) This book contains spoilers for Camp Camp, and makes many references to the show. If you haven't watched Camp Camp, it's useful for understanding the story. This story also contains sensitive content, including suicidal themes. Sensitive readers, please take caution. This story is NOT Maxvid! Quite awhile after Max's time at Camp Campbell, he ends up in the hospital. David tries to get the story out of Max, but he won't talk. He experiences strangely realistic dreams that seem all too familiar to him. What's causing his strange sense of déjà vu in his nightmares? What landed him in the hospital? And what is the full story of what happened to Max three years later?

David is absent from Camp Campbell for the week due to personal reasons, leaving Gwen as the only counselor to look after the kids. Things take a turn for the worst when something happens to Max during a rock climbing activity. I'm a new Camp Camp fan, with different opinions compared to a chunk of the fandom. But if there's one thing I do agree with in the fandom (at least with most people who have a brain), it's that ANY shipping of a child and adult is fucking gross and whoever ships MaxGwen\Maxvid or whatever deserves a fate worse than death.
