Since my creation I have loyally served the lord of all creation. I have watched over the mortals and immortals alike. My calling is that of a guardian, to watch silently to make sure my charge completes whatever task the lord has set upon their path.
The rule are simple
Be silent
No one can ever know of your existence
Assist but do not be seen
Once your task is completed leave and never look back

They forgot one crucial thing
Don't fall for your charge.

He was last, the only one I had ever wanted to touch, to talk to. For once in my long existence. I simply wanted to be woman. I wanted to be free to love, to cry, to experience lust.
He made me feel those things and more.
My mistake was letting myself get caught.
Now im mortal, no wings, no powers. But even worse, im alone. My only thought is to get to him. Maye he can protect me. If not, then my long existence may finally be at an end.
My name is Gabriella and this is my story of how I fell-in more ways than one.
