No tengo sinopsis escrita de mi proyecto de novela, así que dejo algunas anotaciones que son como los pilares en los que la estoy basando. La novela irá avanzando ella sola, es decir, dejaré que crezca y tome "vida propia" (por así decirlo), y que se escriba sola.
facts about my WIP:
1. Sirenas, piratas, brujas y dioses de diferentes mitologías como tema central. Aka: es de fantasía.
2. Protagonista feminista, racializada y bisexual, aunque el tema amoroso central es entre dos chicas.
3. Todavía no tiene título, pero guardo el archivo con el nombre de: mermaids. Por eso "Proyecto Mermaids" aquí.
4. No es una novela (aunque podría convertirse en una), en un principio estimo que tendrá unas 50 páginas de Word.
5. La protagonista es coreana, se llama Krisha Muhn.
6. Hay una sociedad únicamente de mujeres similar a las amazonas.
7. Me está costando mucho escribirla porque quiero hablar de cosas importantes y hacerlo bien, por lo que me documento todo lo que puedo.

Hi there, I'm JD, a 31-year-old Venezuelan-Spanish Economist living in Barcelona with my Russian (pro-peace) wife Anna and our two kittens; we met in Italy eight years ago, and almost since then we have been working on this project. During our careers we've worked with people from South America to Japan, from Australia to Canada, from South Africa to Norway, the characters in the novel are based on people I was lucky enough to meet along the way who left me with invaluable lessons which we feel the duty and privilege of sharing with our fellow humans, hopefully sharing what cosmologists call "Space Bias". There are seven main protagonists each one with their own chapter - which can be read in whichever order you prefer, - two of them in present tense and the rest in past, it's all part of the story. They all have mixed backgrounds such as a Japanese father and a Taiwanese mother, a survivor of the Rwanda massacre, a Colombian with Lebanese and Portuguese ancestry, a Danish whose mother is German, a Jewish lady married to a Muslim man she met in Jerusalem, an Anglo-Indian guy inspired in a way in Orwell - character name is Arthur such as Orwell's real name, - and last but definitely not least a Turkish Muslim bisexual woman for which a Lebanese friend for work is providing help; my friend is working on her Ph.D. on gender inequality in politics, especially in countries with religious civil wars that have moved from the streets to parliament. The story's Universe - 7 trillion light-years, approximately 78 times the size of our observable universe and 252 times the size of a Hubble sphere - provides more than enough civilizations to present dystopias that can serve as warnings for the future - ideally in the style of 1984, A Brave New World, or Fahrenheit 451, - as well as utopias where we find A.E.I - Artificial Emotional Intelligence - along with futuristic ways of understanding childhood, education, and life itself.Abgeschlossene Geschichte
Trapped in my Worst Novel
Protagonists, the most important characters in stories. They're the ones that are supposed to save the world and be a symbol of hope for humanity, the ones that can defeat anything in their way if they want to, the ones whom the reader wants to win and succeed... ...Well atleast thats how a good heroic protagonist should be. I wrote three novels after dropping out of college at 20 years old. My first novel was a disaster, boring characters, recycled plot, and a protagonist so rude even I wanted to punch them. The next two? Absolutely amazing and really well-liked. I was ready to quit writing for good when i suddenly got hit by a car and woke up in someone else's body, someone i don't recognize at all, who goes to the exact same school from my first novel. Yeah. That happened, i'm screwed. Great. Now I'm stuck in a world full of arrogant, clueless students. Why couldn't i have entered one of my better stories?! And if that's not enough, the soul of this body won't stop yelling at me to "give their body back", as if i could do that, while a tiny version of them sits on my left shoulder and a tiny version of my 19 year old self from my past life rides the right shoulder. What even is happening anymore? Sigh...

Night Rider - A httyd and Hiccstrid book. -Astrid's pov- 8 years. That's how long it has been. 8 lonely, cold, devastating years of my life that I will never get back. Every night I dream the same dream - every night the same day returns to haunt me over and over. That day dramatically changed my life for the worst. Why did that day happen? Everyone learnt to leave me in peace in the morning. Everyone knew my deepest, darkest secret that changed people's opinions of me forever. Everyone knew my arch enemy, but only 2 people know why he is my arch enemy. My friends still talk to me, just not in the same way as they used to - it's almost as if they are scared of me, or don't want to be associated with me. One day I want this to change. One day I want my life to turn around. One day I will truely be me again. One day I will be happy. One day I will be free. I cannot see that day in the forseeable future, but I know it will come, and I know somehow it is connected to my enemy. *I know that it is an over-used story line but I tried to spice it up a little. Kinda like how you may always eat a Chicken Masala and then you try a Vindaloo - they're both food and both curries but one is different from the other* There are extra chapters at the end containing side-stories of this book. It will make more sense when you read the chapter titled: 'The little boat' near the end of the book, but the actual story is 60 chapters long.Abgeschlossene Geschichte
The Nest Witch
I died for some ridiculous reason and woke up in another world. In a universe where women who are not nobles are considered worthless objects, I was a peasant woman. In a universe where all witches had already been burned, I was a witch. The most beautiful curse I could find to express myself turned into praise. ✏️ This is not a literary work. It was written just for fun. 🙈 ✏️ The descriptions are weak. 🙉 I'll go back and correct the writing errors once I hit the 100th chapter. ✏️ There are parts where light novels are mocked and parodied. 🙊 ✏️ A casual language has been used. 🦋 ✏️ Oh my God, this story contains 16+ violence and includes scenes of inappropriate behavior. 🐷 ✏️ I hate advertisements. ❗️🚫🚫🚫 ✏️ The main character claims to be an atheist, but she is not; she's just a teenager on a quest for identity, swinging from one place to another. (Thank you, Captain Obvious!) 🕌⛪️🏛⛩🕍 ✏️ The genre is isekai and RPG. 🎡 (In other words, the universe was written with a game logic. If you want to read more works like this, I recommend searching for the tags 'RPG,' 'game elements,' or 'system administration' on a site called novelupdates.) ✅ I'm a fool too. A Mermaid for the Lonely
A mermaid named Sirène, whose job as a mermaid is to guide those who have died at sea to rest their souls and not be trapped. She typically finds sailors whose ships have sunk, and pirates and convoys alike. Her personality is one of seriousness, and she does not express herself by facial expressions very often. She does sung lovely tunes though, ones of the sea and winds, not ones meant to lure anyone to their doom. She seldom spends time with other merfolk and prefers to be on her own. She is however very curious of the various emotions humans possess and their intensity, since she does not feel these. One day, while Sirène was staying near Pointe de Pen Hir, a dangerous cliffside that plunges right into the ocean. Looking upwards by chance, she saw a human, a man, standing dangerously near the edge of the rocks. The wind blew harshly and she could only watch and wait as he toppled over the edge and feel towards the ocean. She saw no fight in him as he fell. ________________________________________________________________ This is a fantasy story with my mermaid OC that I started making back when I was in middle school. I've used her character to help me through tough times and I am revisiting her.
