It's been a few years since the first abyssals struck fleets. Let's see... maybe more than 10,000 lives were lost that first week... I honestly don't pay attention to these things. Barely any countries have been able to combat the abyssal fleet, until... Let's just say everyone took pity on us humans and sent down the souls of ships.
From World War 2, wait, is that right? I don't know.

So five years into the abyssal war, Japan has been the only country so far to utilize their ship girls, the souls of past warships, properly out on open water. You would think America would too, but they don't even know how Japan summons them. That kind of changes when fourteen year old Avelina Colorana finds a woman in the water near a certain memorial. This opens up a question to nearly all of the people in the military.
Why in the world are there ship girls answering the call from a young girl?

Humanity once stood on the top of the world. They ruled the planet with an iron grip. Their rise in technology, industry, engineering, and science were quickly growing. However, an invasion on a worldwide scale had occurred in late 2023. Though there were initial successes in repelling these unknown, mechanical entities. They would eventually start to gain ground through quick adoption of newer variants of their beings and adjusting to counter common military tactics. However, more was needed, so came the introduction of Nikkes, an experimental female soldier that would be the first cybernetic frontline soldier. Even though there were attempts of converting males to such a task, they would become unsuccessful, as it was found out that males were more susceptible to cognitive dissonance and suicide. And so, females ranging from 18 to 30 years of age would remain the main source of Nikkes. As the war raged on, more variants of Nikkes would reinforce or replace the quickly diminishing forces of the world. There would be a significant breakthrough in the Nikkes, with the introduction of the Grimm models of Nikkes. Five Nikkes would be produced by a now defunct company. This squad would be called Goddess. They would be commanded by a special forces Captain Nicholas Miller, and through their first missions, they would further prove the effectiveness of specialized Nikkes and even push the Raptures back some. However, even their efforts would not be enough to stop the tithe of Raptures from encompassing Europe. After many years of fighting, there was one last desperate defense of a structure known as the Ark. Unfortunately, humanity would end up underground where they would spend the next 5 centuries fighting the raptures in smaller scale battles, skirmishes, and special operations. The war with the covenant has driven humanity to the brink of extinction, the outer colony's have been glassed and the UNSC navy has been reduced to a fraction of what it once was. But there was hope, with the discovery of a forerunner relic that could turn ships into men with the full power of the ships themselves. This lead to the creation of several ships, one of them being the UNSC S/N. A Paris class heavy frigate, he along with the battle group he was apart of were out fighting the covenant who had also found a similar artifact, had been using sanghili ships to fight the UNSC. During one of these conflicts S/N was forced to make a jump with a damaged Slipspace drive, the result was that him and one of the covenants corvettes were pulled into a portal. 1919 June 21, Around 10:00 a.m. on 21 June 1919, Commander of the Surrendered Remains of the German Naval Power, Reuter sent a flag signal ordering the fleet of 74 Ships of all different class of ship to stand by for the signal to scuttle, these ships under his command are ships destined to be seized and taken control of by Azur Lane as part of the war ending treaty to WWI! Having captured news that his fleet would be subject to this, he leads his ships today out under the cover idea of a training act, when in reality it was to commence the mass scuttling of 74 Iron Blood ships! During this time period in the world, only 4 Azured Style/Living Humanized Ships existed, and Wisdom Cube tec was a relatively new and misunderstood power in the world. Of the countries with these ships the Iron Blood/German Empire had but one, and this one was SMS Bayern! A Battleship AKA Super Dreadnought as they called them back then. This ship was unlike any Azured ship before creation, and since after as this ship was no Her, but instead him, indeed, this ship was male in origin, this feet was at the time not yet respected as special, nor known to be so rare of its kind till years beyond this fateful day.Complete
