(To be honest, I wasn't thinking about writing a part two until I reread the first books and saw how it ended!) This book is mostly about Alexis's journey. They've been having a roller coaster relationship/friendship. Now that Alexis is recovering from her anxiety attack, Mason visits her back at her place to see if she's okay, talking to her, confessing everything about him. The conversation ends where Mason tries to ask for her to forgive him for everything that's happened but Alexis was overwhelmed and didn't know what to do.
