My One and Only

I'm in band class and I look to the back of the room. Mrs. Harper starts getting upset with the percussion kids because someone threw something. As soon as I look back, I look at one person. Mark.
Harper: Brandon, was it you?
Brandon: Nope. But I saw it come from that way.
Harper: Myles, was it you?
Myles: Nope.
Harper: Mark, was it you?
Mark: *in an excited voice* "Yep!"
I laugh. I've always had slight feelings for Mark. I see him everyday. (Honors band is mixed of seventh and eighth graders). My feelings have been growing. I told him I liked him. I weren't sure of his exact reaction.

In this story, see through Harley's point of view on her adventure through middle school. She goes through all the "perks" such as drama, crushes, failing classes, and all the other mishaps of life.

Only a couple of these events are real. I used my friends names as examples. The true events were changed in ways such as names, dialogue, and events. Just so I can have my little secrets about life.
