"I can't do this." I watch him walk closer and closer until we're less than a metre apart. "You're a criminal. I can't do it the way you do." He doesn't step any closer, instead he looks at me straight in the eyes, his blue eyes meet mine. "Everyone can create their own story, Sky. Everyone." ** Cameron is an orphan. He lost his parents in a house fire when he was barely eleven years old which left behind him and an older brother who swore to look after him. Except, instead of working for the money to provide for Cameron... He steals it. Meanwhile, Cameron's and Sky's paths meet and the two are forced to merge their lives into one. Inevitably, they form a bond, though they both hate each other's guts. But as things start to heat up between them, Sky realises that the stranger she let into her life is awfully quiet about his past. Join Sky on her journey to find what it is that Cameron is hiding. Will she fix him? Or will she cause all the more damage? [romance/teenfiction] *if you read you will not be disappointed, I swear on my bed*

COMPLETE ✔︎ "𝑀𝑦 𝑠𝑜𝑢𝑙 𝑐ℎ𝑜𝑠𝑒 𝑦𝑜𝑢 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑎 𝑠𝑜𝑢𝑙 𝑑𝑜𝑒𝑠𝑛'𝑡 𝑗𝑢𝑠𝑡 𝑓𝑜𝑟𝑔𝑒𝑡 𝑡ℎ𝑎𝑡" All of a sudden when I turn to face him our faces are closer than ever. Our noses almost touching each other. "We were amazing." He whispers and I can feel his breath against my lips. We're so close. A voice in my head tells me that I shouldn't. I'm better than that. But then there's the louder voice that's so curious. Curious if he still tastes the same, if he's as good as I remember, or maybe even better. I lock eyes with him before his gaze falls to my lips. "Hayden," I whisper. He takes a step closer like we weren't already close enough. And then he slowly fills the space between us, his head dipping so his lips can meet mine. Skylar Myers lives together with her roommate Josie in New Haven.
