In modern-day Seoul lives a hot-blooded male named Kim Taehyung who has only one goal - to become South Korea's top surgeon.

The biggest twist being - he is in the body of an extra that gets killed later on in the original story by the hero.

Now, in order to save his neck, he decides to change his fate by any means necessary - even if it means seducing the savage King.
