Rachel's life was pretty simple before her world turned upside-down... quite literally. Her best friend went missing, and so did her brother's friend. Unfortunately, only one of them were brought home safely. It was all so insane; otherworldly creatures and alternate dimensions and a strange girl with even stranger abilities. Despite it all, a year had passed and Rachel tried to convince herself everything would be okay even though nightmares haunted her every night.
But as it turns out, nothing would ever completely be okay again. Surprisingly, though, the one person who makes everything bearable is the one person Rachel would have never expected: Steve Harrington.
