He did whatever it took to look good; choosing his clothes carefully, doing beauty routines everyday, maintaining his looks, being fit, everything he needed to do to remain attractive.

Keith and Lance had been friends most of their lives. When Keith came out to Lance as gay, Lance had run a mile and their friendship ended. A years later Lance realised he was attracted to both boys and girls, but he only told his two friends Hunk and Pidge because his girlfriend, Allura, is anti-gay. They are all now halfway through their second year at college and Lance finds he can't stand Allura anymore. She is nasty and self-absorbed.
