These are the words of skinny, a vicious voice that lives inside 17 year old Lydia Ferall's head. Skinny tells her all the dark unsaid thoughts her classmates are thinking of her. Lydia knows that shes overweight and will never be loved, and Skinny makes sure that she'll never forget that. Lydia undergoes a risky surgery that may help her loose weight and start over but that's not so easy while she's trying to battle the demons inside her head at the same time. Will Lydia ever stop the evil voice inside her head to find her own? Will someone special to Lydia help her? (This fanfiction is based on a book "Skinny" by Donna Cooper. I just turned the story into a 5sos Fanfiction.)
