This is about a lil fish boy named Juru, he always wonders about being human for a change. But it never happens.
He always sees a boy come to his ocean to "wish a good wish" is what the boy always says. Juru learns his name is Kiya.
Later on the bond and may become more!
Btw yes this is a chibi picture story and it is a gay story but also cute and fantasy!
