Alicia Rosie was abused by her biological mother. She was taken by CPS and her mother was put into Jail for Child Abuse. She had no other family and was then put into an orphanage. 

One day, the International Popstar Taylor Swift bumps into her, who was weak and hungy at the time. She becomes attached to Alicia and decides to adopt her. But, due to the trauma with her biological mother, she had a hard time accepting this new family.
