When We Collide √

Tracy is unworldly and oblivious about anything to do with love and lust, she constantly hides behind her sweats and puffy African - Canadian hair. She's always learnt not to trust anyone after helplessly witnessing what her mother went through. Living in a world where racism flourishes and blossoms like a flower on rich soil as well as spreads like wildfire, she endures a lot. Fighting isn't just a mere word in her vocabulary she has to do it everyday and she has to do it at her best.

When her senior year begins, she has one thing set on her mind : achieving her goals and going to New York State University obviously without getting noticed or getting into any thin ice. Period! But all that seems to take an abrupt plunge into an abyss when she mistakenly collides with the school's soccer captain. Her life takes a massive U turn and what seemed like an awkward and eerie collision between two different worlds might just be something more probably for the better or for worse. The book is still undergoing major editing so there are probably obnoxious and irritating typos and grammar mishaps (cringes) anyway if you love humor and flow in story I think this might just be your type of read 💙
