Harry Styles is an accountant who works for one of the biggest companies in the world and he awakens one morning to discover a mysterious package in his mailbox containing a loaded gun and a photo of a beautiful stranger he must kill within the two weeks. Harry quickly learns that if he doesn't kill this girl, he may be killed himself along with his sister who is being held hostage. Confused and desperate, Harry is transformed from an ordinary man into an unwilling assassin who must risk everything to protect his family and a stranger who he is falling head over heels for.

❝Once you're chosen, there's no way out.❞

❝What if we run away?❞

❝They're always watching. They'll find you. ❞

❝They won't find us. ❞

❝The Watchers know everything, they see everything, they hear everything. They'll find us.❞

Note: This is an AU (alternate universe) fanfiction, meaning that Harry Styles is a ordinary man, and One Direction does not exist.

32 parts Complete

Gone. Just like that, Louis is gone, and Harry is beside himself. The love of his life has seemingly disappeared, without a note or anything to explain. Harry didn’t even have a chance to explain his feelings – he’d waited too long, and this was his consequence, is what he thought. Louis’ phone apparently doesn’t work, he isn’t as his mum’s; all ways of contacting Harry’s best mate aren’t useful. But there’s always email. And emailing is exactly what Harry does. He sends one every day, praying that Louis will receive them, and he does. Louis reads them, every last one, and he doesn’t want to reply, he can’t reply, because Harry’s heartbroken emails break his heart. He can’t do it. He seriously can't. Until the whole situation changes massively for Louis. Warnings: sad, fouled language
