In a world where all of society has retreated into 6 Houses after a meteor hit the Earth, teenagers at the age of 15 choose the House that they want to live in for life.  Three of the teenagers are about to undergo their unlocked ceremony, when havoc reigns when one finds out about 2 of the House leaders; Founding Fathers, are thinking about illegal things.
