This is a book about a young man with a dark past, who recently graduated from UCLA with a major in criminal justice. He placed second in his class, due to poor driving skills. The young man joins the Los Angeles Police force, and although he showed great competence in other areas of testing, due to the poor driving, he is forced to drive a car of less value than the standard issue Ford Crown Victoria. He chooses a worn down 1986 Cadillac DeVille which, unbeknownst to him, has its own secrets...
