Waylan Jones, A.K.A Killer Croc, born with a birth defect making him have massive amounts of strength, large claws/scales/teeth. All of his childhood he had been beaten and neglected by his aunt, bullied for his looks while he was one of the "freaks" in a circus.
Now he's lead to a life of crime, murder, assault, even drugs. This large scaley man has had to have over ten trucks worth of S.W.A.T.T.s capture him on numerous occasions, most where hunters/huntresses get involved.
