Anya- that was her name. At least... she thought it was. The ghosts tell her differently. Anya is a girl that the people of St. Petersburg pity, she is a girl that they fear. She's strange- muttering under her breath, abruptly screaming, but they know little of the monsters that plague her, the specters that haunt her, and how they never leave her alone. The girl is trapped inside her head for years, with no one brave enough to free her. However, when she catches the eye of a Bolshevik by the name of Gleb Vaganov, things begin to take a turn for the better. The creatures and ghosts disappear when she's around him, and she finally feels safe. Though, that safety soon becomes threatened after Anya starts to tell him about the horrors in her mind, for those things sound all too familiar to the Bolshevik. Meanwhile, as certain rumors start to fly, the young conman Dimitry might overstep his bounds. Can these people let go of the ghosts of their pasts, or will their demons drive them to a point from which they can't return? *Rated mature for graphic imagery, and triggering themes. Not entirely following the historically accurate timeline.
