Dawn had always lived a fairly average life, staying with her dad in a small friendly town filled with all friendly people. That is, almost all friendly people.

After the kidnapping of her baby brother and suicide of her father, she is taken by the collar and shoved into a world where everything is not quite what it seems.

"D-Dawn?" He stuttered as if it were an unfamiliar name. It had been three years since he was taken, and I could barely recognize him myself. He was also ten now, and his voice had gotten deeper.

It pained me to see him like this, but I was also relieved that I didn't find his corpse instead, either. I hugged him tightly and pulled back, instantly taken away by what I saw. He didn't have any legs. I gulped, and said. "Listen buddy, we need to get out of here."

     "And miss macaroni Monday?"
