Standing in front of a huge window in his office waiting anxiously for a reply. Time slowed down and there was pin drop silence in the room until I heard the chair push against the floor before the room was filled with footsteps. The reflection of him walking closer made my breath hitch. His hot breath against my neck sending a shiver down my spine.
"You're right" He whispered huskily trailing his finger down my spine. His lips pulled into a smirk before his ocean blue orbs changed to a misty grey.
With a click, the blinds closed.
