Creator: Friend or Foe?
This story began as a NaNoWriMo 2012 work, with no planning, and even less idea of plot. I learned from that experience that I am not a 'pantser' -and spent about 20 painful months trying to turn my stream-of-consciousness 3-stories-in-one into one coherent novel, following the timeline and events in the Book of Genesis. I discovered that that is not a great way to build a plot. I ended after 5 more drafts, at about 60k words. There is another draft on my blog, slightly longer, a bit more experimental. I died for some ridiculous reason and woke up in another world. In a universe where women who are not nobles are considered worthless objects, I was a peasant woman. In a universe where all witches had already been burned, I was a witch. The most beautiful curse I could find to express myself turned into praise. ✏️ This is not a literary work.
