Years after Arkham Asylum had been condemned the officials try to rebuilt what was lost. Only to their discovery in the condemned lot was that something's aren't meant to be dug up and lost for good. (In this Batman based fiction story the GCPD get reports during the rebuild that something doesn't add up and needs to be investigated; as the investigation leads to a dangerous and horrifying means Batman must use his intelligence to unravel what happened.) Based from the Arkham series, this fiction tale brings a thrill and suspense with adult themed, adult language and script advised warning to sensitive readers.
