"Isn't it beautiful?" Lance sighed as he sat on the beach towel with his legs spread out. Keith looked out onto the ocean that stretched for miles and miles. The sunset coated the water with a glittering gold and a warm pink. Keith smiled, for he's never seen the water this calm. He's also never seen Lance this calm.

After four long years of war in space, Pidge and Lance think it's about time for a vacation! Keith, being new to Earth's more relaxing environment, is uncertain when the two reveal that they are going to the beach. He soon realizes that vacation isn't so bad; especially with Lance.

As Pidge learns more about Keith, Lance becomes more dangerous as he doesn't seem to be taking a liking to Keith. But being the most sensible of the group, Hunk decides to keep Lance and Keith far away as possible. Lance begins work and a local grocery store and bumps into Keith- who happens to live in the same apartment building. They begin as rivals, become friends, and- after more than a little assistance from Pidge, Hunk, and Shiro- end up as lovers. Welp, I made my first book on this site. In this book Pidge is non-binary because I like the headcannon. I do not own Voltron, I am simply making a fanfiction with the characters from it. Cover art is done by Ikimaru. The honesty dripping from his drunk-stained words left Keith breathless. He never thought he'd live to hear those words coming from Lance, he was certain he would never love him back, he thought he liked Kinkade, as much as it pissed him off the idea. But Lance was sitting next to him, in a desolated hallway in the middle of the night, as if they were just idle teenagers, his big ocean eyes looking at him with fear and so much pain, and he felt like the world had just stopped for them.Complete
