Rachel Tiffany Williams and Alice Giselle Silivasi were the most inseparable of friends; so inseparable in fact, that they followed one another from their artistic courses in college, all the way to their individual jobs for the LA Times. Yet, what happens when these two ever-loyal best friends ram right into another set? And a rather well-known set at that: Christoph Waltz and Mads Mikkelsen. When these four hit it off, will new friendships be formed? Or will such relations equate to something far greater? Perhaps, if feelings grow too out-of-hand, the concepts of truth and loyalty will raise considerable questions to each individual friendship.

"Femi," I jump after her and catch her bicep. She whirls on me and shoves at my chest. I release her and fall back. "And what about me? Will you order me to leave your side?" She snarls. "Femi..." I trails off shaking my head. "No. You chose me and I, you. This is one of cons of that so we stay together or we don't stay at all." I know she was trying to protect me, to love me, while I could feel myself inching closer and closer to the darkness, and I love her, loudly and proudly, more than I should, but that love sits right beside the hunger in me for power, survival, and vengeance, and I don't know which part of me she's feeding anymore. ~ The Great Divine Series | Two All Rights Reserved ©2024Chxnelrose
