Kayla is a 15 year old girl, who's 16th birthday is tomorrow. She lives in the year 2030, and Canada needs to grow the population by the year 2035, so they have a strange law that requires girls, on there 16th birthday, to have a child. Kayla is furious, and must figure out what to do.
