Everyone thrives for companionship, but when the leaders of the world need a way to stay in control, they turn to species that will obey. A species that's too valuable to be kept by those of lower positions. A species that can do so much, without stopping due to morals.

The earth is almost completely desolate, as people trick and murder each other to get what they want. The only thing left that gives a semblance of dreams is: a power that gives control over earth to anyone who touches the item. The Apocalypse
The ice deep in the north has melted to reveal a new world hidden under the ice. It holds vegetation and animals that seem unworldly when compared to ours, but hidden in the deepest part of this world is another cave with the oldest surviving strains of an ancient bacteria capable of taking host of dead creatures and reanimating them into beasts worse than before. This strain had grown weak over the ages and was nearly extinct, but the human immune system, never being exposed to this, caused the strain to thrive inside its new unexpecting host and spreads out to the world. It starts small, just a speck on the hands of a few people, but soon, it spreads to door handles, pens, books, chairs, things like that. It continues spreading and now has infected its first corpse, the remains of an ant. This new creature comes and spreads to that ant's nest and then to the animals that eat them. Before less than a month passed, the virus had spread to a graveyard in the hidden grottos of the Yukon. This virus, now able to think from the new minds of fresh bodies, can strategize. In only another week, the epidemic had spread to the northern edge of the United States. Spreading further and further in, people began to notice this strange happening. From people disappearing to entire towns popping out of existence, the bacteria continued to spread. To keep order, the governments had those who disappeared erased from existence, but it wasn't enough. The takeover of those long gone happened in less than three weeks and society collapsed. Spreading overseas, it began its removal of life in Europe, but that's a story for another day. We now come to those few remaining settlements in the collapsed U.S, now called The Crumbled Land. What does this new land hold hidden deep in the remnants of its former glory?Concluida

Humans were always destined to be extinct but the start. Evolution had killed of several before. Now, it was their turn. But, they would be bringing the earth down with them this time. Their downfall was desecrate to their being. It was their own fault. It was their own faults, their flaws, that lead to what came next for earth. Everyone had been talking about it since the 1950's; global warming was rising the temperatures, killing off land for exotic lifeforms, and soon, what the humans had created would lead to them all dead too. And they all thought that artificial intelligence would kill them? Ha, silly humans. what they created out of greenhouse gases was the true reason of the next mass extinction. In order to preserve time, to buy themselves the time that they had left, the world had somehow formed into one world order, and all lived in the United States Of America, across the states, too. It was very calm, and how their government worked, was there was their leader, their ruler, their king, along with a bunch of advisors who sat on the council, as they all tried to figure out how to combat the rising emissions. They had all agreed that living on a sustainable earth was plausible, but knew that the fight was far from over. But, the fight had to be over soon, because if they did not stop it very soon, they'd be on brink of no return. Of getting up from their place they'd been calling home for 3.4 eons, and finally colonizing another planet. But, they could not, because they knew it would still take them months, and months to get all the supplies, and even then, the supplies wouldn't be enough to host everyone on earth. Some had to be executed, or left behind, waiting for their doom. Their decision? Only the top 1% leave earth to try and colonize another planet. Everyone else would die on what would be known as Sileo Day, which was to happen in less then 24 hours. Some could try and escape, but it would be no use. Or, would it?Concluida

The city was like a fortress, no one could enter and no one could leave...except the people executed who defied the government rules. Many years have passed since the war between the humans and monsters. The humans won, and shut the monsters in a place called the underground. Keeping them there with a magical barrier, it took seven usable souls to shatter the barrier, but being monsters, their souls didn't work. Instead, they had to use human souls to break the barrier, and even then, humans were not likely to fall in. Because the human waste system ends up in the underground, the monsters are informed of what's going on up on the surface, and have developed human-like lifestyles, which included scholarship, friendships and the like, but it seemed, that the monsters were eager to get back on the surface again. Six humans were unlucky enough to fall into the underground, and the leader of the monsters, Asgore Dreemurr killed these humans to use their souls for removing the barrier. Asgore thought that those humans were the only ones that would fall in, but he was wrong. Two more humans fell in, but their souls were lost before Asgore could even use them, and those soulless ghosts were doomed to haunt the underground. Now playing the waiting game, Asgore patiently waited another human to fall, and fall it would. (Sorry! No Muffet or Grillby in this one!)Concluida
