The Horlas are a race of people who can generate power and electricity into anything they touch or inhabit. Their race was plummeted to near Extinction during a great war. Their hearts and or bodies go for a very high price in the black markets that surround the lands of Akbar, the great country that rules over many nations.

For over 50 years the Horlas have been used for keeping houses or items going for other benefits of man or any other human like creatures that roam in Akbar.

Carter is one of these many Horlas that have been held captive and used for mans greed. But one day, as the sone of the head of the company that produces the Horlas comes into the area where all the Horlas are held. As he is walking he stumbles upon Carter, the only Horlas with two tones eyes, and the only horlas that has signs of movement.

Jason, the son of the head of the company is in line for being the next owner of his father great company. He has been trained since he was able to walk to understand the life of a business man and how to run and control a company, he himself had seen many Horlas come and go from the auctions that he was untrusted by his father to watch over but one day, as he is watching the final item being sold he is captivated by the Horlas that enters the stage, carter.
