Ariel worked in a coffee shop. She was one of the most social, loving, caring people you could ever meet. She always loved meeting new people, eager to find who her soulmate was. The clock on her arm was far from close, but she thought if she talked to as many people as she could it would go faster.
Oscar almost never left his house. He relied on his parents and sat in his room alone most of the time. One day, he forces himself to leave the house. He didn't care about the clock, as in his house it said his meeting was ten years from now. Once he leaves, something drastic happens. Can these two polar opposites possibly be the one they need?

Ironically, he had a Vid-Con panel with some friends that day. He often turned down the possibility that it might be one of them, and he assumed that it would be some random event. Possibly a phone call, or someone wandering on stage. He didn't really understand how the clock worked, all he knew was that the second your clock hits zero, you would kiss your soulmate. You can't control it. They may be in a completely different country, but your brain makes you fly there. Nothing gets in the way. Mark looked down at his wrist.
