The King of Talion

Reede Pentagram's been living a quiet life in a small town called Wellda with his mother for as long as he can remember. His mother works to support them while he studies. Though he's already graduated from primary school, his mother wants him to make something of himself. That is, so that he doesn't end up like she has. She's never explained her past and that includes disclosing who his father is. When his mother falls severely ill, Reede's last result is to look for someone who can help them. After doing some digging around, he finds a letter to his mother from none other than the king of kings, King Laurence also known as the king of Talion. He draws the conclusion that this is most definitely his father so he packs up the necessities and uses the last of their money to get to Titania where the king of kings dwells.

Laurence Fredrickson was an ambitious man. A scientist too. He was always looking for ways to become even more powerful, even stronger. He's conquered a planet, become a king, and he's done much more amazing things that will probably be told in stories to Talion youth forever. But, King Laurence is bored. There's nothing new to achieve. No more heights to reach for. He spends his days working and nights drinking his life away and sleeping around. He may look like he's got it perfect but with nothing to live for and an eternally broken heart, it's just a matter of time before he fades away like a shadow in the night. At least, that's what he thought. When a boy appears out of nowhere before his throne, he realizes that this is not the end because fate is definitely not done torturing him.
