We return to the Kingdom of Asterim, a land that has been governed by ice and snow for the past few hundred years. Little changes in the land, as if by magic, and new dangers and curses have been discovered.

Among them, the sudden sleeping curse of the pregnant queen.

A year has passed and sages and traveling healers alike have yet to wake the queen. Our heros have been called upon to help save not just the queen and her child, but the kingdom as a whole.

Strange creatures have been spotted in the shadows of the forest, yet none have openly attacked, even so, the citizens of Asterim grow wary with each passing night, for the nights have grown longer. Now, the sun only shines upon the kingdom for a few hours, allowing more creatures of the night to slip into the kingdom.

The unrest has seemingly spread to other countries as well, for emissaries of far-off lands have come to the Capitol seeking aide. Some, have not been seen in hundreds of years.

The Sequel to The Marked The Frostborn Mages were once thought to be a myth-an ancient race of rulers and warriors who wielded ice as both weapon and shield. Their kingdom vanished centuries ago, buried beneath the snow. But legends have a way of returning. Crystal has always been a warrior, deadly with her daggers and skilled in ice magic. But something within her is changing-her power surging beyond control. When an entire battlefield freezes at her feet, the truth becomes undeniable. She is the last heir of the Frostborn. The true Ice Queen. But there is little time to dwell on her awakening. Racnea, the serpent demon, may be wounded, but he is not defeated. He is waiting. Watching. And he will return. Yet he is not the only threat. The Veil Source, an ancient force long thought forgotten, has emerged from the shadows. No longer in hiding, it spreads its influence, warping the world with its dark magic. Direbeasts prowl the lands-monstrous, primal creatures twisted by the Veil's power. And lurking in the darkness, the Veil Shadows move unseen, consuming all in their path. Crystal and Kallbis must uncover the truth of her lineage before her power consumes her. The key lies in ancient ruins, forgotten archives, whispers of a past erased by time. But as they search, the Veil tightens its grip on the world. The battle for her throne is only the beginning. If the Veil's power is unleashed, not even an Ice Queen will be able to stop it.

A shroud of darkness descends upon Idilia, a world nestled within the vast Realm of Realis. Astra, the once-noble Crimson Knight, and high-ranking Vanamir Vice-Councilor, has shattered the very veil separating creation from the Non-Creation in his insatiable quest for power. This reckless act has unleashed a tide of malevolent energy, threatening to consume Idilia in an endless night, revealing secrets from centuries past. Hope emerges from an unexpected corner. Five Fae, seemingly unconnected by destiny but brought together by tragedy and darkness, find themselves bound by a greater purpose. Dagda, the refugee adventurer; Aeliana, the Stellar Nomad sorceress; Ashana, the enigmatic mage; Pontha, the walking statue; and Sylvan, the barbarian warlock - their paths converge. Guided by an unseen hand, they unite to form a formidable resistance. Their mission: to locate the legendary Ætheric Scrolls, which hold the key to harnessing the power of the Primordials, ancient beings who hold dominion over the fundamental forces of the universe. This power might be their only hope to vanquish Astra and quell the encroaching darkness before it extinguishes the last flicker of light in Idilia. In a desperate race against time, these unlikely heroes embark on a perilous quest, their every step fraught with danger. The fate of Idilia rests upon their shoulders, and the very balance of creation hangs in the precarious balance.

**TRIGGER WARNING: VIOLENCE, BLOOD, LANGUAGE, ADULT CONTENT**** Blue flames rise high into the air. The snow on the ground around the fire is now water, exposing the stone below. Evon has long since stopped screaming. Instead, his body is mostly chard. The deed is complete. Justice is served. The people have their peace of mind back. What little they can at least. Evon's death can never satisfy the loss they suffered. It is enough though, for now. I turn to the Tarren family. Matias is comforting his wife, Willa. By their side, their six children stand together. Matthew is holding Mila's shoulders from behind. The rest of her brothers stare blankly ahead. Mila's tears drip down her face onto the snow. I see violence stirring inside her. Evon may be dead, but what he did will never leave this family. I meet eyes with Matias and nod. "It is done," I tell them, "Let your vengeance be satisfied." With that, I turn and jump off the landing platform. I shift mid-air and fly around the castle. Now, I have an intruder to deal with.
