The battle is over. Wounds are healing. Everyone is trying to move on, to pick up the pieces, but the one person who can't move on is the one who needs it the most. Harry, suffocated by the events of the past year, manages to convince his friends to let him leave. He travels across the globe to a small, muggle town in the middle of no where. Boarding at the home of Mrs. Winter, Harry is finally able to breath. But things in this town aren't what they seem. Underneath the small-town charm, lies magic, fury, and infidelity. When deranged, power hungry Megan Waters finds a way to bring back Voldemort, the world around our heroes begins to crumble. Adding to the mess of things, Harry finds himself falling for seemingly Muggle Ellie Winter, a foul-mouthed child with secrets of her own. With a new prophecy told and new villains looking for power, will Harry be able to vanquish the Dark Lord once more, or will it all be for naught?

We all know the story when it comes to Harry Potter. The baby who defeated You-Know-Who, losing his parents in the process. Everyone in The Wizarding World know about him. He's famous. The chosen one. What those people don't know is that Harry Potter wasn't the only child in the room that night. Another child, another bloodline. Just one year younger than Harry was another baby. A girl. Fathered by one most wouldn't have expected to pair with Lily Evans-Potter. Melody Snape was the daughter of Severus Snape and Lily Evans. Slytherin student of Hogwarts. Lover of Potions class. Overprotected by both her father and her older half-brother. And most importantly, loved by the one boy of the family her father and brother both mutually disapprove of. Torn between the good and the bad, Melody has to decide which path of direction would point her life in the correct direction. Will she choose to stick by her father's side, as he always intended; Or will she choose to follow the path of her older brother, once again fading in the background as he takes charge; Or will she choose the path paved for her, joining forces her father spent fifteen years fighting against for the safety of his own daughter? Draco Malfoy, five years after the Battle of Hogwarts, has built a life for himself. He runs a successful business in Diagon Alley and keeps to himself, trying to prove to himself and others that he's not the person he once was. But that all changes when he unearths a few ancient secrets deep within Gringott's vaults. He needs help, and he knows that Hermione is the only one that could handle the problems he needs to solve. It's five years after the Battle of Hogwarts and Hermione Granger is doing just fine. She's settled down, found a quiet job, and has started to move past the trauma of the past 12 years. That is, until Draco shows up uninvited at her office door with foreboding news. They journey across the continent hoping to extinguish a certain form of dark magic from human memory. But can they set aside their pride and work as a team? Join Draco and Hermione as they learn that perhaps they were both wrong about each other, and discover that maybe they aren't so different.
