Once 16 year old Michelle transfers to a brand new high school in the middle of the school year, she realizes she faced with a lot more problems than she had expected. Her first day is filled with lots of different surprises, including a terrible encounter with Lauren -- the girl who instantly develops a hatred toward Michelle. Through this hectic school year, Michelle realizes Lauren isn't her only problem she has to deal with -- she has 2 different guys who claim to be in love with her. Drew, who's described as the "school loner" begins to develop feelings around the same time as Kyle Evans does. Kyle's rep for being the well known player of the school with every girl practically at her feet causes Michelle to really question whether she could have potential feelings for him or not. With this mess of a love circle, will Michelle be able to make the right decision? Can Michelle survive her new high school with dealing with Lauren, or with the tough decision between the loner and the player?
