7 long years have gone by after Aura's death and many things have changed. 

Jason Todd was killed, Tula's dead, Wally's dead, Storm left after Aura's funeral, the mountain is gone, Nightwing is broken and has been missing for 3 years, Artemis is now going by Tigeress, the third Robin is now Red Robin, the current Robin has disappeared, now Batman is supposedly dead, and what is this about a monastery in the Himalayas?

Going by the dc movies Son of Batman, Batman vs Robin, and leads into Batman: Bad Blood. 
Red Robin took Nightwing's place in the first two movies. This will mainly focus on the Batfamily until the last few chapters.

This was created before Season 3 and will end with season 3 no matter where in the year Season 3 events begins they will get pushed back until this happens. So in this book season 3 will happen after the first part of this book.
